Jean and Steve moved to Scio from the Portland area after living their for almost 10 years. After the hustle and bustle of the city they love the solitude and tranquility of the farm country surrounding their property. With the house purchase came a field full of weeds that they knew they wanted to transform. Jean and Steve wanted to choose a crop that would be able to produce every year and have multiple uses. After much research they decided to add a field of lavender. Both love the smell and the flowers are amazingly beautiful.
